Terms of Service

1. SaaS License & Tenant Isolation

OBCRM grants your agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform under your chosen subscription plan (Growth, Professional, or Enterprise). Each subscription provisions a logically isolated tenant workspace database. You are responsible for configuring access roles (RBAC) and maintaining credential security for your counselors and sub-agents.

2. Permitted Use & Compliance

Your agency agrees to use the platform solely for lawful student recruitment, admissions tracking, visa processing coordination, and commission splitting. You must not:

• Upload fraudulent transcripts, fake language scores, or forged student visas.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or bypass security layers of our multi-tenant infrastructure.
• Enter personal student identifiers without obtaining prior authorization under data compliance guidelines.

3. Subscription Billing & Payouts

Subscription pricing depends on the selected tier and is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Accounts that fail to renew within 14 days of invoice generation may have workspace access suspended. OBCRM is not responsible for the accuracy of commission split calculations or payouts distributed between your main branch and sub-agents.

4. Service Level Agreement & Backups

While we target a 99.9% uptime metric for our APIs and portals, OBCRM does not guarantee that service will be completely uninterrupted. We perform automated nightly snapshots of your tenant database; however, you are encouraged to maintain independent local records of critical student files.

5. Limitation of Liability

OBCRM is not liable for admissions rejections, visa cancellations, counselor operational errors, or disputes arising between your agency and university partners or sub-agents. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by your agency for platform services during the prior three-month period.

6. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your sub-tenant database and all student folders within 30 days, unless a legal holding exception is required. Contact support@obcrm.net for cancelation coordinates.
